Brand Partnership and InfluencerManagement
Identifying and establishingstrategic brand partnerships to enhance brandvisibility.
Developing and managing relationships withinfluencers and brand ambassadors.
Creating andexecuting influencer marketing campaigns that align with brandobjectives.
Monitoring and measuring the impact ofpartnerships and influencer activities.
Social Media and Online Reputation Management (ORM)
Overseeing the development and execution of socialmedia strategies.
Managing online reputation bymonitoring and responding to customer feedback.
Developing content and campaigns to engage and grow the socialmedia audience.
Utilizing analytics tools to measure theeffectiveness of social media activities.
Public Relations (PR)
Developing andimplementing PR strategies to enhance brand reputation andvisibility.
Managing media relations and cultivatingrelationships with key media outlets.
Overseeing thecreation and distribution of press releases and other PRmaterials.
Tracking and analyzing PR performance metricsto measure the impact of campaigns.
Contentand Marketing Communications
Developing acomprehensive content strategy that resonates with targetaudiences.
Overseeing the creation of highqualitycontent and marketing materials.
Ensuring consistentmessaging across all marketing communications.
Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to produceengaging content.
Search Engine Optimization(SEO)
Developing and implementing SEOstrategies to improve organic search rankings.
Conducting keyword research and analysis to identify opportunitiesfor optimization.
Overseeing onpage and offpage SEOactivities.
Monitoring SEO performance using analyticstools and adjust strategies as needed.
Performance Marketing
Developing andexecuting performance marketing campaigns.
Utilizingdata and analytics to measure the effectiveness ofcampaigns.
Managing budgets and allocate resources tomaximize ROI.
Collaborating with internal teams andexternal partners to drive campaign success.
Paid Media (Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line(BTL))
Planning and managing paid mediacampaigns across both ATL and BTL channels.
Developingmedia strategies that align with brand objectives.
Overseeing the execution of media buys including negotiating withvendors.
Analyzing the performance of paid mediacampaigns.
Team Management andDevelopment
Leading and managing themarketing team providing direction feedback and support.
Recruiting training and developing team members.
Fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.
Conducting regular performance reviews and providing coaching toteam members.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or relatedfield; MBA preferred.
57 years of experience inmarketing with a focus on brand strategy and digital
marketing.
Proven track record of successful productlaunches and marketing campaigns.
Strong analyticalskills and ability to interpret data to drivedecisionmaking.
Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
Experience managing teams andworking in a collaborative environment.
Proficiency inmarketing tools and platforms including SEO tools socialmedia
management tools and analyticssoftware.
