Overview :
We are seeking a Business Development Executive with a proven track record in independently finding and onboarding clients and selling hardware product development solutions. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, developing long-term relationships with Indian clients, and closing sales.
Your responsibilities will include managing the entire sales process, driving New Business Development across various industries, and collaborating closely with internal teams to craft solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop relationships with key decision-makers, including CXOs and senior management, within client organizations.
Research and pursue new business opportunities in Indian markets, focusing on a “hunting” sales approach to open new accounts.
Develop and implement sales plans, pursuit strategies, and manage a robust business pipeline to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with technical teams to design customized solutions and deliver persuasive client pitches.
Maintain comprehensive records of all client interactions and progress using CRM tools.
Requirements:
Proven experience in independently finding and closing deals in India, with a focus on hardware product development solutions or similar business services.
Strong knowledge of sales processes and a successful track record in hunting new business across diverse verticals.
Exceptional business development and relationship management skills.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
Familiarity with sales tools such as CRM software for lead and opportunity tracking.
Candidates with a background in engineering and experience selling to Indian markets will be given preference.
Prior experience selling solutions or services to medium to large-scale enterprises in India is highly desirable.
Additional Information:
• This role requires travel within India to meet clients and attend industry events.
• Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
