About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the Permanent recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, building long-term client relationships, and achieving revenue targets in the HR/Recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in recruitment & staffing services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HR leaders, and decision-makers.
  • Understand client hiring needs and propose tailored staffing solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Conduct client presentations, contract negotiations, and closure of business deals.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure client requirements are met within timelines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development in recruitment industry.
  • Strong network and contacts with corporate HR and decision-makers.
  • Proven track record of achieving business targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term business relationships and strategic partnerships.
  • Strong problem-solving and client management skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
