Job Description: Marketplace Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Listing & Catalogue Management:

Create, optimize, and maintain product listings on platforms like Amazon & Flipkart.

Ensure content consistency and SEO optimization for visibility.

  1. Inventory & Order Management:

Coordinate stock levels, avoid stockouts/overstocks, and resolve order issues.

Maintain buffer stock for fast-moving products and peak seasons.

  1. Campaigns, Promotions & Pricing Strategy:

Plan & execute campaigns (e.g., sales events) and manage performance ads.

Monitor competitor pricing and adjust strategy accordingly.

  1. Ratings, Reviews & Customer Experience:

Monitor product reviews, resolve negative feedback, and enhance customer experience.

Maintain high seller ratings and performance scores.

  1. Sales Analytics & Reporting:

Analyze sales data, track performance, and prepare demand forecasts.

Share insights and reports with the Sales & Marketing teams.

  1. Platform Relationship Management:

Build relationships with platform managers for visibility and promotional opportunities.

Explore new platform partnerships for expansion.

Objective: Drive growth, visibility, and customer satisfaction by managing e-commerce marketplace performance for Zoycare Hygiene products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
