Etasens Tech. is looking for a Quality Control (QC) Engineer to join our team and ensure the reliability, performance, and user experience of our web-based tool. The application is built with React and deployed on AWS cloud infrastructure. As a QC Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing test strategies, identifying and reporting bugs, and collaborating closely with developers and product teams to deliver a high-quality product.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for React-based web applications.

  2. Perform functional, regression, integration, UI/UX, and performance testing.

  3. Validate application deployments on AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFront).

  4. Ensure CI/CD pipelines integrate automated testing for fast and reliable releases.

  5. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to troubleshoot issues.

  6. Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and bug reports.

  7. Proactively suggest improvements in testing strategy, tools, and processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in software testing, preferably with web-based applications.
  • Strong knowledge of React application workflows and common libraries.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services relevant to web application deployment.
  • Proficiency in QA tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Jest.
  • Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Newman, REST Assured).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (Agile/Scrum).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with performance/load testing (e.g., JMeter, k6).
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Understanding of security testing practices for web applications.
  • Experience with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Datadog, New Relic).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹40,000.00 per month
