**Job Title**:Quality Control** **Specialist**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vehicle Inspection**:

- Conduct thorough inspections of new and used vehicles to identify any defects, damages, or deviations from quality standards.
- Utilize checklists and standard operating procedures to systematically assess the condition of each vehicle.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of inspection findings, including photographs and documentation of any identified issues.
- Generate comprehensive reports to communicate findings to relevant departments and management.

**Customer Satisfaction**:

- Assist in resolving quality-related concerns raised by customers by conducting investigations and implementing corrective measures.
- Ensure that customer feedback is analyzed and used to enhance quality control processes.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement in the quality control procedures.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to implement enhancements that contribute to overall efficiency and effectiveness.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in automotive technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality control within the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of automotive systems, components, and manufacturing processes.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the automotive industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Quality control: 3 years (preferred)
