Role: Oversee and ensure the quality of plastic injection moulded products, ensuring they meet stringent industry standards and customer specifications, with a focus on layout inspection, line inspection, PDI, process validation, and patrol inspection.

Responsibilities:
· Layout Inspection:
o Conduct thorough inspections of manufactured components and assemblies to verify conformance with engineering drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
o Utilize precision measurement tools to assess dimensions and geometric attributes.
o Evaluate product features against specified tolerances and identify deviations.
· Line Inspection:
o Monitor production lines to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
o Inspect products at various stages of the manufacturing process to identify defects and non-conformities.
o Implement corrective actions as needed.
· Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI):
o Conduct comprehensive inspections of finished products prior to shipment to ensure they meet customer requirements.
o Verify product completeness, functionality, and appearance.
o Prepare PDI reports and documentation.
· Process Validation:
o Participate in process validation activities to ensure that manufacturing processes can produce products that meet quality specifications.
o Develop and execute validation protocols.
o Analyze validation data and prepare reports.
· Patrol Inspection:
o Conduct regular patrols of the production floor to identify potential quality issues and ensure compliance with quality standards.
o Monitor equipment performance and maintenance.
o Provide feedback to production teams on quality-related matters.
Qualifications:
· Diploma, B.Tech, or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Plastic Engineering, or a related field.
· Relevant experience and education in plastic injection moulding and blow moulding in the automotive industry.
· 1-3 years of experience in quality engineering or quality control, preferably in the automotive supplier industry, auto parts manufacturing, appliances, injection molding, blow molding, fabrication, or welding processes.
· Strong knowledge of quality control tools and techniques, including statistical process control (SPC).
· Experience with layout inspection, line inspection, PDI, process validation, and patrol inspection procedures.
Working Hours:
· Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
· Flexibility to work overtime
Salary:
· 18k to 22k (negotiable based on skills and experience)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
