The Quality Control Executive will be responsible for inspecting and ensuring the quality of gold, diamond, and other jewellery pieces at various production stages. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of craftsmanship, finish, and compliance with company and industry specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect raw materials, semi-finished, and finished jewellery pieces to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Check for defects in casting, setting, polishing, plating, soldering, and finishing.
  • Verify weight, dimensions, and purity according to design and order specifications.
  • Ensure gemstone setting accuracy, alignment, and security.
  • Maintain detailed quality reports and records for all inspected items.
  • Coordinate with production, design, and repair teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Ensure all pieces meet BIS standards and company quality benchmarks.
  • Support quality audits and assist in continuous improvement processes.
  • Identify and suggest preventive measures for recurring defects or reworks.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of gold, diamond, and gemstone quality parameters.
  • Knowledge of jewellery manufacturing processes (casting, setting, polishing, plating, etc.).
  • Attention to detail and high standards of craftsmanship.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with production and repair teams.
  • Familiarity with quality documentation and inspection tools.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate / Diploma in Jewellery Manufacturing, Gemology, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in quality control within the jewellery industry.
  • Hands-on experience in gold and diamond jewellery quality checking preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
