We are seeking a Senior Sales Support Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position suitable for individuals who are looking to grow their career in sales. Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in tele-calling techniques to engage prospective clients effectively and drive interest in our services.
- Experience in cold calling to generate leads and convert them into promising sales opportunities.
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and meet sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to convert leads through persuasive communication and excellent follow-up tactics.
- Hands-on experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for managing client interactions and data.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently and within a team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the sales team by generating leads through tele-calling and cold calling activities.
- Manage and nurture client relationships
- Assist in the negotiation process to close deals effectively and ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
- Manage client data and interactions using CRM software to maintain up-to-date and accurate records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely and quality delivery of managed office spaces as per client requirements.
- Prepare and present reports on sales activities, lead conversion rates, and client feedback to the sales manager.
- Provide post-sales support to address any client issues and ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market dynamics to effectively identify and address client needs.
