Description The Global Employee Learning Team is part of Global HR Talent & Development function and is responsible for the provision of a global learning offering that supports c.80,000 colleagues to deliver against Deutsche Bank’s strategic objectives and enables them as individuals to build their skills to advance their career. In this role you will support the Global Employee Learning team to deliver its core learning products and technologies as we strive to become a stronger learning organisation. Your role will provide project and administrative support for complex global initiatives. You will have a strong focus on educating stakeholder groups helping to tell our story that explains the breadth of learning opportunities available at Deutsche Bank. In particular you will take a supporting role for conducting learning needs analysis with the business and curating learning content / learning journeys to support requirements.
