Head – Outbound Sales
to lead and drive our outbound sales operations.
Job Summary: The Head – Outbound Sales will be responsible for managing a team of 30-40 sales executives focused on converting leads into confirmed admissions. The role demands strong leadership, hands-on team management, data-driven decision making, and a relentless focus on achieving sales targets.
Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of 30-40 outbound sales executives to meet and exceed lead conversion and sales targets. - Design and implement effective calling, follow-up, and lead nurturing strategies to maximize conversions. - Monitor team performance through KPIs, dashboards, and regular reviews, providing coaching and support where needed. - Develop sales scripts, objection-handling strategies, and training modules to enhance sales effectiveness. - Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to ensure seamless lead handover and quality of leads. - Track and analyze key sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. - Handle escalations and complex negotiations with prospective customers as required. - Foster a high-performance, target-driven sales culture within the team. - Recruit, train, and mentor outbound sales executives to build a strong and motivated team. - Report on sales results, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership regularly.
Key Requirements: - Proven experience in managing large outbound sales teams (minimum 25+ team members). - Strong background in tele sales, lead conversion. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. - Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales performance tracking tools.
