Travel Operations Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates or early-career professionals to join our travel operations team. This role involves supporting the day-to-day operations related to air ticketing, hotel bookings, cab arrangements, and tour packages.

Key Responsibilities:

Air Ticketing Support:

  • Assist in booking domestic/international air tickets via GDS software and other travel portals (training provided).
  • Help in resolving issues related to bookings, cancellations, and reissuance.
  • Coordinate with airlines and internal teams for smooth ticketing operations.

Hotel Reservations:

  • Support hotel bookings and ensure timely confirmations.
  • Maintain and update a database of preferred hotels.
  • Assist in comparing rates and dealing with hotel partners.

Operations & Coordination:

  • Help manage local cab and tour package arrangements.
  • Work closely with vendors and clients for seamless travel experiences.
  • Maintain records, update booking statuses, and assist in billing support.

Training & Development:

  • Learn to use key travel software and systems.
  • Receive hands-on training in corporate travel operations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in travel operations or customer service.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and communication tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for the travel and tourism industry.
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
