Recruitment Manager
to lead and optimize our talent acquisition efforts across locations. S/he will be responsible in building strategies to find the right talent and growing our global count. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in recruitment within the outsourcing industry with a results-oriented mindset and adept at managing diverse teams, ensuring timely delivery, and driving recruitment excellence.
ResponsibilitiesThe desired candidate’s day-to-day responsibilities will include:Liasoning with Operations and Sales:Collaborate with the business partners across the company to translate business challenges and questions into solutions and drive hiring strategies, goals, processes.Partner with Sales team and leadership to understand hiring needs and provide strategic advice on talent acquisition.Recruitment operationsOversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring seamless coordination across all stakeholders.Ensure effective job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination to deliver exceptional hiring experiences.Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent pools.Team collaboration and managementLead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters across different locations.Establish clear goals and provide performance feedback to ensure a motivated and high-performing team.Metrics and Reporting :Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates) to identify areas for improvement.Prepare regular reports and insights for leadership to track progress and outcomes.Budget Management :Oversee and optimize the recruitment budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with business objectives.Market Insights :Create market analysis for potential clients.Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to ensure competitive advantage.
RequirementsThe desired candidate should have the below experience:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in a global outsourcing organization.Strong understanding of global hiring practices including volume hiring and niche hiring.Experience with sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches,
Recruiter, and social media hiring strategies.Excellent Client Management (Client building, SPOC interaction, New Requirements, Feedback, Interviews, Selections, etc)Experience training recruiters and tracking their performance.Strong communicator exercising a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism to accomplish objectives.Must be available to work from office in Bangalore, 5 days a week (for the initial 6 months).Any certification or formal training in full-cycle recruitment is a plus.
