Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make informed recommendations. Enhancing Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years in talent acquisition, with a focus on bulk hiring and campus recruitment.
