Join Noisylion, a dynamic and fast-growing organization, as we expand and seek a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an agency setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking to identify high-quality matches.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific recruitment needs.
- Conduct screening interviews and coordinate the interview process with department leads.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to support Noisylion's growth objectives.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques, clear communication, and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an empathetic and considerate approach to candidates.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for connecting top talent with the right opportunities.
Recruitment Process:
- Resume Screening
- Logical Reasoning Test (30 Minutes)
- Skill Assignment (3 Hours)
- Final Interview
