Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
  • Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability based on experience, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews, ensuring a seamless process for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Offer Management: Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and ensure timely onboarding.
  • ATS Management: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure efficient hiring workflows.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance Trantor Software's employer brand by engaging in recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated with industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals.
  • Strong understanding of technical hiring and various IT roles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience in bulk hiring and lateral hiring.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools like Taleo, Lever, or Greenhouse.
  • Knowledge of employer branding strategies.
