Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements for non-tech roles.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage the candidate pipeline.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in the development of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activity.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress and challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on non-tech roles.
  • Proven experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
