Job Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various non-tech roles within the company. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a seamless hiring process. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and has a proven track record in hiring for non-technical positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements for non-tech roles.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage the candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in the development of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activity.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress and challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on non-tech roles.
- Proven experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
