Key Responsibilities :
Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy
Partner with business leaders/hiring managers to understand the business and hiring needs
Develop a sourcing strategy in partnership with your hiring managers through market insights to enable talent decisions
Prepares and manages the communication strategy that explains the purpose behind each program or project and manages an engagement program to drive successful implementation
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Proactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies
Influence candidates & business stakeholders through your understanding of the organization

Job Requirements and Qualification:
Previous working experience preferably as a Recruiter /Talent Acquisition Specialist for 1-3 years
Ability to influence, manage, and work collaboratively across teams/businesses and all levels of the organization
Excellent understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process
Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
A positive, “can do” attitude
