Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy
  • Partner with business leaders/hiring managers to understand the business and hiring needs
  • Develop a sourcing strategy in partnership with your hiring managers through market insights to enable talent decisions
  • Prepares and manages the communication strategy that explains the purpose behind each program or project and manages an engagement program to drive successful implementation
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Proactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies
  • Influence candidates & business stakeholders through your understanding of the organization


Job Requirements and Qualification:

  • Previous working experience preferably as a Recruiter /Talent Acquisition Specialist for 1-3 years
  • Ability to influence, manage, and work collaboratively across teams/businesses and all levels of the organization
  • Excellent understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
  • A positive, “can do” attitude
