Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):
- Be our talent detective, tracking down the most amazing data professionals
- Create sourcing strategies so creative they'd make Sherlock Holmes jealous
- Build our recruitment process from the ground up (yes, you'll be the architect)
- Become best friends with hiring managers and understand their deepest tech needs
- Craft candidate experiences that are smoother than a perfectly trained algorithm
- Keep our talent pipeline flowing like a well-oiled machine
- Turn into your personal playground for finding hidden gems
What Makes You Perfect for This Role:
- 1-2 years of playing matchmaker in the tech recruitment world
- You know your Python from your R, and your SQL from your NoSQL (or at least enough to have intelligent conversations about them)
- You're a people whisperer - connecting with candidates comes naturally to you
- Startup energy runs through your veins (coffee helps too)
- You're best friends with Recruiter and various ATS platforms
- You're excited about building something from scratch
- Multitasking is your middle name

The Fine Print:
- Location: Bangalore (because that's where all the cool tech stuff happens)
