About the role :
As a Sales Analyst at WK, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by providing valuable data analysis, creating compelling presentations, and leveraging Webflow to enhance our digital presence. You will collaborate closely with sales leaders, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making and optimize sales performance.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create impactful presentations, sales decks, and marketing materials to communicate insights, strategies, and results to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Utilize Webflow to design and optimize landing pages, and digital assets that enhance our online presence and drive customer engagement.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms.
- Conduct data analysis to identify sales trends, performance metrics, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, promotions, and initiatives based on data-driven insights.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, presenting findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions and initiatives.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a Sales Analyst, or similar role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Webflow or other web design and development tools is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations and reports.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive problem solver with a passion for continuous improvement and learning.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) and marketing automation tools is a plus.
