The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and providing suitable solutions. The role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction, ensuring loyalty, and achieving business growth for Maruti Suzuki.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable Maruti Suzuki products and service information.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Achieve assigned targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Share customer feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Relationship Management/Customer Service/Sales.
- Experience in the automobile or retail sector will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13, ₹20,000.00 per month
