Overview
We are looking for a result-driven and customer-oriented Sales Manager to lead our car showroom's sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily sales operations, achieving targets, and building strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the showroom's daily sales activities.
Provide expert advice to customers regarding vehicles, pricing, financing options, and promotions.
Generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and ensure a high conversion rate.
Train, guide, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
Coordinate test drives, vehicle delivery, and after-sales support.
Monitor inventory and ensure proper documentation.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies.
Organize showroom events, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
Collect customer feedback and recommend improvements in service quality.
Qualifications & Skills:
3–5 years of experience in car sales or a similar retail environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Customer-centric mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital platforms.
Energetic, proactive, and result-oriented approach.
