Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Executive/Manager to manage and optimize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The role involves maintaining customer databases, analyzing customer behavior, coordinating with sales/marketing teams, and ensuring smooth communication with clients to improve customer experience and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain CRM database to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
  • Track customer interactions, inquiries, and service requests.
  • Generate and analyze CRM reports to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support sales and marketing teams in campaigns, lead management, and follow-ups.
  • Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
  • Train and support staff in effective use of CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless customer service.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Prior experience in CRM management or customer service preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
