Are you aseasoned operations leader with a knack for driving efficiency andexcellence Our client is seeking a proactive and skilled Directorof Operations to spearhead our clinic operations ensuring seamlessprocesses and exceptional service delivery. This role is pivotal indesigning and implementing the core operational processes thatdrive our mission to revolutionize hair healthsolutions.

Aboutthe Role:Ideal Candidate: We are looking fora leader with a strong background in operations who is adept atmanaging complex operational processes and leading teams towardsachieving excellence in service delivery andefficiency.
Location:This is an officebased role located in Delhi NCR. As were in theearly stages of our journey expect a fastpaced environment with a6dayworkweek.
Compensation:This position offers a competitive compensation package with aheavy emphasis on ESOPs. Ideal compensation will be INR 2535 lakhsfixed substantial ESOPs.The ideal candidate will have a currentfixed salary between 2040 lakhs perannum.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Process Design:Develop and refine key operational processes for clinic operationsensuring they align with industry best practices and enhanceefficiency.
  • Quality and Outcome Measurement:Define core quality parameters establish robust monitoring systemsand ensure continuous improvement in operationaloutcomes.
  • Operations Management: Oversee thedaily operations of multiple clinics manage staff schedules ensurecustomer satisfaction and uphold high standards ofservice.
  • Strategic Planning and Implementation:Formulate strategic plans to enhance operational practices improveservice delivery and drive the growth of the clinicchain.
  • Budget Management: Manage financialaspects including budgeting forecasting and financial reportingwhile optimizing resourceallocation.
  • Compliance and Quality Control:Ensure compliance with relevant regulations implement qualitycontrol measures and maintain operationalexcellence.
  • Staff Management: Lead recruittrain and develop clinic staff fostering a supportive workenvironment and promoting effectiveteamwork.
  • Technology Implementation: Guide theadoption of new technologies that enhance operational effectivenessand servicedelivery.
