Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in managing leads, client relationships, and hospitality projects.
Coordinate sales efforts and manage communication between clients and internal teams.
Maintain accurate records of client accounts and project progress.
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Handle customer inquiries and ensure prompt follow-ups.
Collaborate with other departments (Logistics, Accounts, Operations) to ensure timely project delivery.
Support post-sales activities including customer feedback and service coordination.
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or project management, preferably in the hospitality or F&B equipment industry.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
A keen eye for detail, along with a problem-solving attitude.
Comfortable commuting to our office located in Borivali West, Mumbai.
