Position Overview: The Vice President of Operations will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, with a focus on managing a large team of over 2000 employees. The ideal candidate will possess a CA qualification and have extensive experience in the KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing) sector, particularly within the accounting industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership: Provide strategic leadership to the operations team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Oversee the day-to-day operations to optimize efficiency, productivity, and quality. Team Management: Lead and manage a large operations team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Client Relationship Management: Collaborate with client services teams to understand client expectations and ensure service delivery meets or exceeds those expectations. Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a key point of contact for operational matters. Financial Management: Work closely with the finance team to manage budgets and control costs within the operations department. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process efficiency. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing controls as necessary. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of the company's overall strategic plan. Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on operational enhancements and business growth opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. Proven experience in a leadership role within a KPO, with a focus on the accounting industry. Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices. Excellent leadership and people management skills. Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiency. Strategic thinker with the ability to align operations with overall business objectives.
