About the Role:
Lead the Client Development and Engagement Team to drive strategic growth and profitability.
Develop and execute client engagement strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Oversee the client lifecycle from acquisition to account expansion.
Build collaborative relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.

Responsible for creating, departmentalizing, and leading a team from inception.
Qualifications:
20+ years of strategic planning, P&L management, and business development experience.
Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and building strong client relationships.
Expertise in client relationship management and leadership skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Deep understanding of market research and client engagement strategies.
