Roles & Responsibilities:

A.     Resource Management:

·       Assigning and monitoring the daily tasks to all the project coordinators.

B.     Process Improvement:

·       Comparing the daily and ideal production efficiencies, and recommend action points to improve the current situation.

C.     Audits:

·       Monthly physical audits at all PRF locations & Weekly audits of the tracer, PRF application and registers maintained in the PRF.

D.    Field Survey:

·       Analyzing the market condition for better plastic pricing for sourcing and end destination.

·       Predicting the plastic pricing from the data of the past dispatches.

E.     Data Management:

·       Ensure all the data related to production, manpower, sourcing, end destinations and other important data are covered and accurate.

F.     Project Management/Coordination:

·       Overview the PRF project at all the three locations.

·       P&L Monitoring and data analysis.

·       Monitor machinery breakdown and production efficiencies.

·       Monitor the roles of all the coordinators working in the PRF's

·       Monitoring the sources and end destination for the plastic materials.

·       Compare the plastic pricing at different locations of PRF.

·       Ensure all the technologies such as IOT and Vision systems are utilized by the PRF's.

G.    Capacity Building:

·       Monitoring coordinators' job roles and areas of interest, and promptly enhancing their knowledge and skills.

H.    Documentation and Reporting:

·       Reporting the performance of the PRF on a weekly basis with action points to the management.

·       Conduct weekly meetings with the PRF entrepreneurs.

I Business Development:

·       Establish channels for working capital support to the entrepreneurs.

·       Business development support to ensure the PRFs have a self-sustaining business model.

J.      Maintenance:

·       Complete maintenance of machinery

·       Preventive maintenance of Balers, conveyors and Shredders.

K.     

Infrastructure Capacity Building and Management:

·       

Set up infrastructure and upgrade SS/CC, dry run, set up operations, review daily operations, improves operational efficiency and address operational issues.

L.      Team management:

·       Review production Data and P&L

·       Machinery procurement, maintenance and repair

·       Frame and execute SOPs

·       Coordinate with all teams and streamline process

·       Do time Study, identify the loop holes and find solutions
