Job Summary

Job Description: Learning and Development Operations Consultant/Administrator Position Overview: As a Learning and Development Operations Consultant/Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing all Leadership and Behavioral learning programs as well as HR projects within the organization. They will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure the successful design, implementation, and evaluation of learning initiatives that align with the company's strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Learning Program Management: • Coordinate and administer all Leadership and Behavioral learning programs, including but not limited to training sessions, workshops, and leadership development programs. • Work with subject matter experts to develop content and curriculum for these programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices. • Monitor program effectiveness and participant feedback, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. 2. Operational Support: • Manage logistics for learning events, such as scheduling, venue coordination, materials preparation, and participant communication. • Maintain learning management systems (LMS) and other learning platforms, ensuring accurate data entry, content updates, and user support. • Generate reports and analytics on learning program metrics, presenting insights to stakeholders for decision-making purposes. 3. HR Project Coordination: • Collaborate with HR teams on various projects related to talent development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. • Support the design and implementation of HR initiatives, such as performance management processes, employee surveys, and culture initiatives. • Assist in communication efforts for HR programs, including creating newsletters, announcements, and training materials. 4. Stakeholder Engagement: • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR business partners, department heads, and senior leadership. • Facilitate discussions and meetings to gather input, share progress, and address concerns related to learning programs and HR projects

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Qualification & Experience

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Learning and Development operations, program management, or HR project coordination. • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement. • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and program evaluation. • Certifications in project management or learning and development are a plus.
