Experience: 1–3 Years (in EdTech or consultative sales roles)

About the Role:

Bilivin Education is looking for experienced BDE who are passionate about guiding learners and helping them make informed career decisions. If you've worked in EdTech and love meaningful conversations that lead to conversions — we want you on our team

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct consultative calls with potential learners to understand their goals

Provide accurate information about our programs and suggest the right fit

Drive enrollment through structured sales conversations

Maintain follow-ups and manage CRM efficiently

Collaborate with marketing and academic teams for learner satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech sales or academic counselling

Excellent communication and persuasion skills

Strong problem-solving attitude with a learner-first mindset

Ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment
