Overview


SCATTER is looking for a Creative Producer who is driven to devise and deliver concepts and content for some of India’s largest brands across BFSI, Telecom, FMCG, and Automobile sectors, with a core focus on social media videos. You will study brands, decode briefs, study trends and develop and execute innovative benchmark video concepts that can be amplified across social media platforms to communicate brand messages to relevant audiences. You will not only be studying the latest digital trends but also setting them, along with developing a unique voice for the brand, creating the most impactful and creatively stimulating video narratives.


What's the role?


Position: Creative Producer

CTC: Up to 12 LPA per annum

CTC Breakup – A 10% variable component is part of the above CTC and will be released upon completion of one year. Subject to being on the payroll and not serving a notice period.

City: Mumbai

Experience: 5+ years


Who are we looking for?


  • 5+ years of experience in producing and ideating branded videos as a creative director/creative producer.
  • Proven track record in creating content for social media platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube, and other emerging channels that align with brand messaging and resonate with target audiences.
  • Experience with AI Tools : Proven experience in utilizing AI tools for video production and editing.
  • Bulk Video Production : Experience in producing bulk AI-generated videos efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
  • Digital Trends Expertise : Deep understanding of current digital trends and the ability to set new trends through innovative video content.
  • Project Management : Strong project management skills, with experience leading complex video projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
  • Previous work experience with a network, studio, or production house.
  • Deep understanding of the digital content landscape in India.
  • Technical Proficiency : Strong technical skills in video production, including pre-production, shooting, and post-production processes.
  • Collaboration and Communication : Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong industry networks.


Responsibilities:


  • Platform Focus : Specializes in creating content specifically for social media platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Trend Setting : Not only follows but sets digital trends, ensuring content is engaging and relevant to current social media landscapes.
  • AI Tools : Utilizes AI tools for video production and editing to enhance efficiency and creativity.
  • Audience Engagement : Focuses on creating content that drives engagement, shares, and interactions on social media.
  • Short-Form Content : Often produces shorter, more frequent content tailored to the fast-paced nature of social media consumption.
  • Comfortable with public speaking, pitching, and defending ideas with clear articulation.
  • Oversee the execution of production from a creative standpoint on multiple series and films simultaneously.
  • Build a strong network with creative professionals in the industry.
  • Constantly look for new ways for the creative team to work to improve efficiency and foster creativity.



Measuring Success:


  • Brand Sentiment: Analyze the tone and sentiment of comments and feedback to gauge audience perception.
  • Creative Innovation: Assess the originality and creativity of the content produced.
  • Client Satisfaction: Gather feedback from clients regarding the quality and impact of the videos.
  • Trend Setting: Evaluate the producer's ability to set and follow digital trends.
  • Content Quality: Review the technical and aesthetic quality of the videos.
  • Team Collaboration: Measure the effectiveness of collaboration with other team members and stakeholders.
  • Process Metrics :
  • Adherence to Timelines: Track the ability to meet deadlines and stay on schedule.
  • Efficiency: Evaluate the efficiency of the production process, including the use of AI tools.
  • Pitch Success Rate: Measure the number of pitches made versus those that are accepted and executed.
  • Growth and Development :
  • Skill Enhancement: Monitor the continuous improvement and upskilling in video production and AI tools.
  • Network Expansion: Track the growth of professional networks and industry connections.
