Job Description


As an associate producer/executive producer you will be responsible for overseeing the production of creative projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and creativity. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in creative production and project management. As an AP/EP you will need to make internally production budgets & cheats. You will be maintaining production partnerships with line producers/other production houses. Maintain a sheet of production house partners and suggest/work with them basis project to project.


Key Responsibilities:

● Lead the production of creative projects, including digital, print, video, and experiential campaigns.

● Collaborate with creative directors, designers, writers, and other team members to develop and execute project concepts.

● Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of creative assets.

● Oversee the entire production process, from initial briefing and concept development to final execution and delivery.

● Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, and production partners as needed.

● Ensure all creative deliverables align with brand guidelines and project objectives.

● Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.

● Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout the production process.

● Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, mentoring junior producers and team members.

● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in creative production.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field.

● Proven experience as a Senior Executive Producer, Executive Producer, or similar

role in a creative agency or in-house creative team.

● Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and production experience.

● Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

● Proficiency in production tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar.

● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to think strategically and solve complex production challenges.

● Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

● Experience with budgeting and financial management in a production context.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
