Overview


SCATTER is seeking a Creative Producer who is driven to devise and deliver creative concepts and content for some of India’s largest brands across BFSI, Telecom, FMCG and Automobile sectors. As a Producer, you’ll be a part of an ideation and creative team. You will study brands, decode briefs and contribute towards research and development of ideas to build assets that communicate the brand messages to relevant audiences. You will not only be studying the latest of digital trends but also setting them along with developing a unique voice for the brand, creating the most impactful and creatively stimulating video narratives.


What's the role?


Position: Creative Producer

CTC: Up to 12 LPA per annum

CTC Breakup – A 10% variable component is part of the above CTC and will be released upon completion of one year. Subject to being on the payroll and not serving a notice period.

City: Mumbai

Experience: 4 years



Responsibilities:


· Be the ‘creative’ element of the creative team, devising and facilitating brand new digital film ideas and concepts across different formats.

· Research for exclusive human stories from all across country

· Adept in shooting social media reels with small setup.

· Be an active part of regular creative sessions to ensure circulation of creative ideas and concepts

· Be proficient in preparing pitches, decks and deep understanding of budgeting and production of fiction and non-fiction videos.

· Comfortable with public speaking, pitching and defending ideas.

· Building strong network with creative professionals in the industry

· Constantly looking for new ways for the creative team to work in order to improve efficiency and help with creativity.

2. Pitches made with innovative ideas that set trends or break the clutter.

3. To adhere to shared timelines

4. Growth and sustainability in accounts



Platforms for which videos need to be created:

1. YouTube

2. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn

3. Non-mainstream social channels, as they pick up, including Telegram, Reddit, etc.

4. WhatsApp

5. Branded blogs and websites

6. OTT Platforms (in partnership with brands)


What will you bring to the table?


· Avid interest in producing and ideating for branded videos

· Skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders on a project and execute on tight deadlines

· Has worked with a network, studio or production house.

· Has a deep understanding of the digital content landscape in India.

· Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

· A strong understanding of branding nuance, products and core messaging

· Production knowledge across technical and creative processes

· Skillful in finding stories and research across social and offline channels.
