We develop & produce interesting original content under fiction and non-fiction categories across popular genres for various media platforms like Commercial Films, OTT, TV, Audio, Branded Content and Social Media. We create unique concepts & stories which are relevant to millennials and can be adapted across these platforms in Hindi as well regional languages such as Bengali, Marathi, Telugu, Gujarati, Punjabi etc. Our focus is on creating compelling propositions which helps the platforms and brands to reach their focus group in the most effective manner and achieve exceptional results.
**Creative Producer **Job brief
The Creative Producer will be the content Custodian for the Designated Verticals. She/ He will flesh out the creative vision of these Verticals. She / He will build the blocks on which the entire content plan of the company across these categories will be built and taken forward.

**Responsibilities**
- Create the content blueprint and the roadmap of the various verticals responsible for.
- The span of Control will be 3-4 verticals at a time.
- Conceive and implement concepts, ideas for these fiction as well as the non-fiction verticals and take them to completion
- Lead brainstorming/creative sessions with inhouse teaM/Freelancers to create an ideas’ bank
- Create IP’s that can be monetised and scaled up year on year
- Network with industry veterans and other players ( Influencers/ directors/ producers/ music fraternity/ actors etc) to identify opportunities to working together
- To keep track of the latest happenings / trends/ fads which could have the potential of being adapted. To keep track of the happenings on the various platforms
- To put together a creative team as per business demands
- To collaborate with the Sales team wrt the branded content, to understand the clients’ requirements and help design deliverables accordingly
- Direct and motivate teams of art directors, illustrators, copywriters etc. to help them use their talents effectively
- Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team
- Should know the pulse of the market wrt various genres, Social Media Trends, Creators + Influencers,
- Should be an expert on creating content. Insights of Short format will be appreciated.

Creative producer requirements:

- Minimum 3 years related experience.
- Understanding of digital marketing and content marketing specifically
- Organized and Resourceful
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Advanced skills using MS Office Word, Power point and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks across projects
- Creativity and the ability to develop original content.
- Ability to develop content that promotes engagement.
- Strong leadership qualities.

**Salary**: From ₹50,000.00 per month
