**Job Description**:
We are looking for a highly motivated Creative Producer who is passionate about Marathi culture and has a keen understanding of digital media trends. As a Creative Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, production, and delivery of engaging content for our YouTube channel. You will work closely with our content team to brainstorm ideas, create concepts, and execute compelling videos that resonate with our audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the content team to generate creative concepts and develop video ideas that align with the channel's brand and audience preferences.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate all aspects of video production, including scripting, shooting, editing, and post-production.
- Direct talent and crew during filming to ensure that the creative vision is effectively realized on-screen.
- Stay informed about industry trends, YouTube algorithm changes, and audience preferences to optimize content strategy and maximize viewership.
- Manage production budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Monitor video performance metrics and audience feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform future content decisions.
- Maintain brand consistency and uphold the channel's standards of quality, authenticity, and creativity.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and innovative storytelling techniques to enhance the production value and impact of our videos.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communication, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Creative Producer, Content Creator, or similar role in digital media, preferably within the YouTube ecosystem.
- Deep knowledge of Marathi culture, language, and entertainment landscape.
- Strong storytelling skills and the ability to develop engaging narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in video production software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
- A passion for innovation, experimentation, and pushing the boundaries of digital content creation.

**Salary**: From ₹60,000.00 per month
