Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for their advertising needs.
  • Understand client goals and objectives, and collaborate with the team to develop tailored advertising strategies.
  • Oversee the execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide strategic guidance to clients.
  • Handle client queries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Min 1 year of experience in account management in the digital advertising industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including third-party tracking tools like SWAARM, Offerslook, Affise, Trackier etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Client-focused attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
