Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager - Client Services team. The ideal

candidate should come with proven experience in managing client accounts within an

advertising/creative agency environment and be able to lead client relationships, ensure smooth

project execution, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

● Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong

relationships

● Understand client objectives and translate them into clear creative briefs for internal teams

● Collaborate with creative, strategy, and media teams to deliver campaigns that meet client

expectations

● Manage end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality output, and

alignment with brand guidelines

● Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell agency services to clients

● Monitor campaign performance and share insights, reports, and recommendations with

clients

● Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal stakeholders, resolving challenges

effectively

● Oversee account financials – including budgets, estimates, and invoicing – to ensure

profitability

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field

● 3–5 years of experience in client servicing/account management within an

advertising/creative agency (mandatory)

● Strong understanding of advertising, digital marketing, and brand communication

● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously

● Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding client service
