Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
CRM Executive
to manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the
interior design or fit-out
sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.
  • Track client communications, inquiries, and follow-ups to ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with design, sales, and project teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Analyze customer feedback and propose improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present client reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
  • Assist in organizing client review meetings, site visits, and feedback sessions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer retention through effective communication and relationship-building.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a CRM, client servicing, or relationship management role.
  • Prior experience in the
    interior design, real estate, or fit-out industry
    is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
