About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join. The role involves driving business growth for Mortgage Loans and Micro LAP products by building and managing strong relationships with DSAs, Dealers, and Connectors. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales/relationship management within the financial services sector, with a strong network and understanding of the mortgage and LAP domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and manage DSAs, Dealers, and Connectors to source quality business for Mortgage Loan and Micro LAP products.
- Achieve assigned sales targets through effective channel management and relationship building.
- Educate and train channel partners on product features, credit policies, and documentation requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for timely disbursement of loans.
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and provide inputs to improve product penetration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines
- Regularly monitor portfolio quality and minimize delinquency through proactive follow-ups.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Mortgage Loans and Micro LAP products.
- Proven ability in business generation through DSAs, Dealers, and Connectors
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented with a strong sales and customer service mindset.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets consistently.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate (Any Stream)
- Minimum Experience: 6 Months in sales/relationship for Mortgage Loans and or Micro LAP for NBFC or BFSI sector
