We are hiring an experienced Senior ASM / Senior BDM to drive Retail Pharmacy franchise expansion and business growth across key regions. The role demands strong networking skills, negotiation expertise, and the ability to deliver closures in a fast-paced market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential franchise partners from FMCG, Pharma, Insurance, Retail, and related industries.
  • Conduct client meetings, present the franchise model, and drive closures.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with timely follow-ups.
  • Negotiate effectively to ensure win-win partnerships.
  • Provide regular market updates and progress reports to management.
  • Travel extensively to support expansion and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business/Marketing.
  • 4+ years of sales or business development experience ( BFSI / F&B / franchise / retail / FMCG / pharma preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about fieldwork.

Compensation: Attractive fixed salary + monthly incentives + performance rewards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹420, ₹550,000.00 per year
