Production Engineer

Location: Kuruli Chakan | Industry: Fabrication / Pressure Vessels / Heat Exchangers / Reactor / Columns

We are seeking a
Production Engineer
with a strong background in fabrication and equipment manufacturing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
ASME & PED certified projects
and a proven track record of executing complex manufacturing jobs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead
    production planning and shop floor execution
    for Pressure Vessels, Reactors, Heat Exchangers, and related equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with
    ASME Section VIII, IX, II (A, B & C)
    and
    European standards (PED)
    .
  • Optimize processes, manage manpower, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Coordinate with
    Design, Quality, and Procurement
    teams for seamless execution.
  • Monitor production progress, resolve bottlenecks, and drive efficiency improvements.
  • Oversee welding & fabrication activities ensuring adherence to WPS/PQR/WPQ and project requirements.
  • Handle documentation, scheduling, and liaison with inspection agencies.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum
    6+ years of experience
    in fabrication (SS, Super Duplex, MS materials).
  • Strong expertise in
    Pressure Vessels, Reactors, Heat Exchangers, and Machining
    .
  • Proficiency in
    AutoCAD & MS Office
    for production planning and reporting.
  • Thorough knowledge of
    ASME Codes & PED
    .
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
