Job Description The Manager - Retail Expansion will be tasked with overseeing the comprehensive retail expansion process, from property scouting to launch. This role necessitates exceptional leadership, project management, and communication skills to effectively orchestrate activities across multifaceted projects. The ideal candidate will exhibit proactiveness, acute attention to detail, and should be adept in navigating intricate projects within a dynamic environment. Facilitate the meticulous handover process for Experience centers as per annual retail expansion plan Manage timelines among scouting, design, execution, category, styling, and marketing teams responsible for the launch of the retail spaces. Proactively address challenges and obstacles during the entire lifecycle of the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to devise expedient solutions. Setup final inspections parameters and SOPs to guarantee adherence to quality standards and brand guidelines across all store elements. Serve as the primary conduit between internal teams, furnishing regular updates, resolving issues, and fostering synergistic collaboration. Implement robust communication protocols and tools to facilitate seamless information dissemination across teams and departments. Job Requirement Any Graduate / Post Graduate Over 10 years of experience in project management with a proven track record of achievements Highly intelligent, passionate, and motivated, thriving in fast-paced environments Positive thinker with a self-driven, results-oriented approach, dedicated to optimizing retail operations Possesses strong project management and stakeholder management skills Capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
