You shall ensure timely delivery with budgeted cost and adherence to brand design & quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesStore Location Identification & Leasing:Conduct market research to identify cost-optimized retail locations.Lead lease negotiations with property owners, developers, and brokers.Collaborate with legal teams for contract finalization and compliance.Store Setup & Project Execution:Lead the end-to-end execution of new stores (Layout → BOQ → Execution → Handover). Prepare project timelines and cost estimations; track project progress vs. schedule. Ensure quality control during construction, fixtures, signage, and store fit-outs. Requirements5-10 years in retail expansion, project management, or real estate Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder handling. Ability to read architectural drawings, BOQ, and design layouts. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design (preferred).
