Overview:


As an Speaker Acquisition , you will be responsible for driving the expansion of our campaign initiatives by strategically identifying, engaging, and nurturing key leaders and target audiences. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the success of our campaigns by maximizing visibility, engagement, and conversion rates through effective acquisition strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

Leadership Engagement:

  • Identify and establish relationships with influential leaders, industry experts, and key stakeholders relevant to our campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored engagement strategies that align with campaign goals and effectively leverage the influence of identified leaders.
  • Coordinate and manage communication channels to facilitate ongoing engagement and collaboration with leaders, ensuring their involvement and support throughout campaign initiatives.

Speaker Identification and Segmentation:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify target audiences for each campaign, considering demographics, interests, behaviors, and other relevant factors.
  • Utilize data analytics and market insights to segment audiences effectively, enabling personalized and targeted outreach efforts.
  • Continuously refine audience profiles and segmentation strategies based on campaign performance metrics and feedback.

Speaker Strategy Development:

  • Develop comprehensive acquisition strategies tailored to each campaign, encompassing both online and offline channels.
  • Leverage a mix of digital marketing tactics, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, PPC, influencer partnerships, and more, to drive audience acquisition.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content and messaging that resonates with target audiences and encourages engagement and conversion.

Campaign Optimization:

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including acquisition costs, conversion rates, engagement metrics, and ROI.
  • Identify areas for optimization and improvement based on data-driven insights, adjusting acquisition strategies and tactics as needed to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creation, design, product development, and analytics, to ensure alignment and collaboration across all aspects of campaign execution.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to inform overall campaign strategy and decision-making, leveraging your expertise in audience acquisition and engagement.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in a similar role, with a focus on speaker/audience acquisition, growth marketing, or related areas.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, PPC, and influencer marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with leaders and effectively engage with target audiences.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of developing innovative strategies to drive audience acquisition and campaign success.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and other relevant software applications.
