Role: Enterprise Sales Associate - Edtech Location: Noida Job Summary The Corporate Sales Executive will support business growth by identifying and engaging with corporate clients and promoting TeamLease EdTech’s learning and training solutions. This role is ideal for early-career sales professionals who are keen to build a career in B2B/EdTech sales and are comfortable with targets and client interaction. Key Responsibilities Identify and connect with potential corporate clients through calls, emails, and meetings. Support sales of learning and development solutions such as Corporate Training programs, Work-Integrated Programs, , and Digital Learning offerings. Understand basic client requirements and assist in mapping suitable learning solutions. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular follow-ups. Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and basic documentation. Work towards achieving assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (Enterprise/Corporate Sales) Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn consultative selling and solution-based sales. Basic knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
