About the Role

As an MIS Executive in US Healthcare RCM, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and enhancing Management Information Systems (MIS) to support Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) functions. Your work will directly contribute to strategic decisions, performance tracking, and operational excellence across billing, coding, claims, and AR functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robust MIS processes to support efficient data collection, processing, and reporting.

  • Automate reporting workflows using tools like Excel (macros, pivot tables), Power BI, or other BI platforms.

  • Perform detailed data analysis to track RCM KPIs, spot trends, and highlight areas of improvement.

  • Collaborate with billing, coding, AR, IT, and other cross-functional teams to gather inputs and deliver tailored MIS solutions.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, strong analytical ability, and familiarity with MIS/report automation.Understanding of US Healthcare RCM processes, including patient registration, coding (CPT/ICD), billing, claim submissions, denial management, and AR follow-up.
