Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven HR Recruiter with experience in US Healthcare recruitment to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 13 years of experience in recruitment and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment for US healthcare / medical billing / coding / RCM roles
  • Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal database
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule next rounds
  • Coordinate with internal hiring teams and external candidates
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and follow up till onboarding
  • Manage ATS / recruitment dashboards
  • Maintain compliance with US healthcare recruitment norms

Requirements:

  • 13 years of proven experience in HR Recruitment (preferably in US Healthcare domain)
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) must
  • Familiarity with healthcare job roles (AR Caller, Medical Coder, etc.)
  • Comfortable with US time zone if required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Immediate joiners preferred
