Job Overview We are seeking a mid-level Business Development Manager (BDM) for Ad Sales to join our dynamic team at Isoftronics in Chennai. This full-time position requires a passionate individual with a strong grasp of digital marketing and advertising solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies that drive sales growth and nurture client relationships. Qualifications and Skills Experience with digital marketing strategies and ability to implement effective online campaigns. Proven expertise in programmatic advertising with experience in managing automated ad buying processes. Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM for managing and analyzing customer interactions and data. Skill in Google Ads to design, review, and optimize advertising strategies for maximum reach. Strong client relationship management skills to build lasting partnerships with stakeholders. Demonstrated ability in market analysis to identify growth opportunities and market trends. Excellent negotiation skills to successfully close deals and manage conflicts efficiently. Proficient in content marketing, focusing on creating and distributing valuable content to attract the target audience. Roles and Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and building strategic partnerships. Execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets within the designated regions. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement comprehensive advertising campaigns. Manage end-to-end client relationships from negotiation to execution and delivery of ad sales. Conduct thorough market research to ascertain customer needs and evaluate the current market trends. Maintain a CRM database to track all sales activities, client communications, and project progress. Create compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to clients' requirements and objectives. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of services and successful client engagements.
