Business Development Executive

Job description
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for helping grow new business in assigned territory. You will use your sales, negotiation, teamwork, and leadership skills to prospect, and conduct lead generation activities to identify Leads/Opportunities. You will work closely with the India Services Sales Team to acquire Services Opportunities, strengthen relationships with existing customers, and expand TecTigers’s India awareness and footprint. If you can excel at the front end of the sales cycle (prospecting, Opportunity identification, Lead progression) and you know how to build beneficial, positive relationships with prospects and customers, we want you to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Conduct high volume outbound prospecting and Opportunity generation. Initiate and follow up with leads and provide activity updates in the CRM system. Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the India Services Sales Team.
Display a real passion for managing accounts by building and fostering client relationships through personalized contact, understanding of client’s needs, and the ability to communicate solution values of TecTigers services.
In addition, you will:
Work with the India Services Sales Team to accurately report opportunities based upon realistic assessments.
Meet/exceed assigned ISR metrics and KPIs.
Partner with the India Services Sales Team and marketing to drive awareness and Opportunities for TecTigers in the India territory.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience selling IT solutions in the SMB and Enterprise space.
Hunter attitude and focus. New business, prospecting mentality. Sales 3.0 capable.
Teamwork & Leadership skills.
Self-starter able to work independently but also be a contributing member of a team and share your successes.
Consultative sales experience. Proven success in a consultative sales environment. Consultative sales/solution training.
Customer centric mentality.
Proven track record of exceeding quota and key performance indicators.
Previously worked in fast growing IT Solutions, Software, or IT Services company.
